the last 12 months at the book study has been very hard work for me.

i have found the isaiah book boreing and very hard to follow.

Why Jehovah is not using the GB

this is why i have a problem believing jehovah is using the gb.

1) 1914 - some would still be alive when jehovah brings the end - this has changed.

2) within our 20th century jehovah will begin the end of the system of things...p.s we are now in the 21st century.

for those of us raised as jw's .

for most of us we were never allowed to explore our full potential growing up.

never knowing if we could have been a great football player playing for the nfl or perhaps an actor or musician or even a doctor or lawyer.

2. when sisters where a skirt why have they got to be below the knee?.

The Society loves its young people

>do you remember at assemblies when you would hear talks on how the organization loves its young people.

by publishing a book "young people ask" this would be pretty much the extent of what they would do for it's young people.

it would be like a father saying to his kids i love you, here is a book how to live your life and never spend any time with them.

their stubborn refusal to throw open a whole host of controversial issues -- blood, chronology, congregational discipline, child molestation policy, etc., etc.

-- to reappraisal or free and unfettered debate by the rapidly diminishing long-time jw loyalists, many of whom are cos and dos and who would urge reform and reason, would seem to seal the doom of the organization as we know it.

the clock is ticking against them and there is no safety valve on the boiler.

did you ever notice that the only "studies", "interested ones" that ever came to the hall were either single(perhaps for many years) ,single parent or have a unbeliving mate?no offence to individuals in this circumstance but why is there never a father, mother and perhaps a few kids ( families) that were interested?

i think the "truth" appeals to certain indiviudals for the wrong reasons.

the last families i saw coming in the "truth" was in the 70's
